Hi Folks:I hope you are enjoying watching some curling on TV as well as doing the real thing at MG & CC!THANK YOU for filling out the recent survey and for signing up for our 2nd Series.  Our Executive will be reviewing the results and we will share some of the info with you on our next Weekly Message.
In the meantime, there are three items that I wish to share with you:

• We have 14 NEW MEMBERS with us this year.  To our new members, WELCOME to Humber Seniors. I hope that you have felt comfortable in our midst and that you are enjoying the Humber Seniors experience.  Without you, Humber Seniors would not be curling at Mississauga this year! THANK YOU for joining us.
• We are looking for 2 members to fill out a team that plays at Flowertown on Mondays at 10:00 a.m. The Flowertown group have changed their times so the early start is a little later than their first series.  If you are interested, please e-mail Joe Caruso.
• Remember to sign up for our Christmas Luncheon at the Canadiana Restaurant (Six Points).  The date is Tuesday, December 14th and the cost is $25 (taxes and gratuities included). It is a GRRRRRRRREAT social time so we encourage all members to be there.  Please give your cheques payable to “Humber Seniors Curling Club”, or cash, to either Bruce Wither (Mondays and Wednesdays) or Duncan Macgregor (Fridays).
• Remember – there is no curling this Friday, November 12th

On November 11th, don’t forget to remember those who gave up so much so that we can enjoy our freedom as Canadians. May they rest in peace.

The TCA Goldline Men’s Championship has unfortunately been cancelled for 2022. The 2023 Goldline is scheduled for Jan 7-14, 2023 and we hope to see you all out next year!

We are pleased to report that Humber Seniors Curling is alive and well at Mississaugua Golf & Curling Club. Our 2nd series will start on November 29 (we curl on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:30 a.m.). If you would like to join us for the 2nd and 3rd Series, the cost will be $600. Bob Hand will be happy to accept your registration or answer any questions regarding Humber Seniors Curling
