Guidelines for Curling as set out by Flowertown Senior Mens Curling League
MASKS ARE MANDATORY DOUBLE VACCINATIONS ARE MANDATORY
In ALL cases where gatherings are held……Social distancing prevails
Locker rooms are available to change, please try to restrict to only changing shoes.
Until further notice:
A sign in sheet will be available at the front desk
For ease of signing, I will keep the names in alphabetical order as best I can and leave space for
“Out of club” members to sign.
Try not to arrive more than 15 minutes before game time
I have requested from the City that we meet in the upper lounge (answer still to come)
Once you enter the Ice shed:
Masks are NOT mandatory, but social distancing is.
Two sweepers are allowed with Social Distancing
The Throwing Team skip may assist sweeping in the house. Again, social distancing
There will NOT be any scoring done on the scoreboard, a scoresheet will be provided on the bench
on the glass end. Only ONE person per sheet may mark in the scores
When the game is over, teams should assist each other to wipe the handles with sanitary wipes,
provided.
The Bar will be open, Masks must be worn while at the Bar, or to the Washrooms
The Bar will only be open for 1 hour after the game
City equipment such as brooms, sticks or sliders will NOT be available, you must provide your own.
Again, I have requested a selection of equipment for use by Flowertown only and we will have to
maintain the cleanliness.
I will let you know on that item as well.
FLOWERTOWN MEMBERS
